ECCOS is Burke Supply’s mainstay web ordering system. Aside from offering a simple, easy way for Burke customers to place orders, it offers complete Customer Service information. This includes order status, accounts receivable, re-printing of invoices including proof-of-delivery, sales history by dollars and product usage by quantity.

Synergy is Burke Supply’s new customer web system (release date 4th quarter 2010). Synergy builds upon the functionality of ECCOS, offering multi-location customers the ability to manage their locations using budgets and manager approvals.
